Production of steel constructions and supporting parts

We produce steel structures, which includes the process of making various parts of structures, such as supports, columns, beams, gratings, frames and other elements used in the construction industry, machinery industry, infrastructure projects and many other sectors.

This production process consists of the following key stages:

• Designing - the first stage is the creation of project documentation that defines the specifications and requirements for steel structures. This includes dimensions, materials, loads and other technical details.
• Selection of materials – after design, the selection of suitable steel materials for construction is made (common materials used are carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel).
• Metal processing - processing is done to obtain the appropriate parts of the structure. This stage may include cutting, shaping, bending, drilling, welding and welding of parts.

• Finishing - after metalworking, structural parts may require additional finishing to achieve proper appearance and corrosion protection. Depending on the requirements, painting, galvanizing or applying other protective coatings is done.
• Assembly - is the last stage and is performed when the construction parts are prepared. This stage involves joining the different parts of the steel structures together to form the final product. Assembly is done on site or in the factory, depending on project requirements.
